Returns Policy

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please get in touch as soon as possible, we are here to help! Unless agreed otherwise, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We offer returns within 30 days from item delivery to dispatch this item back to us. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

If you find a problem with your item such as damage or printing error please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement for you.

 To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Please forward your order confirmation to the email address: hello@mytinyexplorerau.com and request which products you would like to return and why.
• Ship all items you wish to return, using the address that you will receive by email.

Refunds will be issued within 3 working days
